Description
Come join The Wetlands Institute for a festival that celebrates one of Nature’s greatest wonders – the annual shorebird migration and horseshoe crab spawning season. Each spring, Delaware Bay beaches host the largest concentration of spawning horseshoe crabs in the world, and every year, tens of thousands of shorebirds drop in to feed on their protein-rich eggs – the last stop on their epic journey north to breeding grounds on the Arctic tundra. This is the only place on Earth to witness this incredible drama.
