Governor Murphy has enacted legislation that revamps New Jersey's liquor license regulations, marking the first significant change in nearly a century.
Come learn how the new rules will affect inactive liquor licenses, restaurants, and craft beverage manufacturers.
This Seminar Will Provide Insights to:
• The different types of licenses moving forward.
• What has changed for craft producers.
• How the new laws will impact “Inactive” licenses.
• Inter-municipality transfers of unused licenses.
Representatives from New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control will offer a presentation of the new liquor license reform policy.
