Join us for the 5th Annual New Jersey Oyster Festival at the Bayshore Center at Bivalve! Spend the afternoon on the waterfront enjoying freshly shucked local oysters, live music, food, and activities while celebrating New Jersey's oyster industry and the Delaware Bayshore heritage.
Meet local oyster growers and purveyors, taste oysters from around New Jersey and vote for your favorite! The oyster shucking contest returns, along with educational speakers and live music from opener Nathan Cwik and headliner GoodMan Fiske.
Proceeds from the New Jersey Oyster Festival support the Bayshore Center at Bivalve and our mission to advance the understanding of the human impact on New Jersey's aquatic environment through education, advocacy and programming.
