Overview:
As organizations grow and evolve, the role of a leader becomes increasingly complex, especially when it involves guiding other leaders. Leading leaders requires a unique set of skills—it's not just about managing people, but about inspiring and empowering those who manage others.
This workshop is crucial for seasoned leaders who need to navigate the intricate dynamics of leadership teams, create and sustain a strong organizational vision, and address the unique challenges that arise in this advanced leadership role. Participants will explore strategies for fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth among their leadership teams, ensuring that they are not just leading, but leading effectively at a higher level.

Presenter Bio:
Catherine Gregory-Walker: Regional Director, South Jersey & Corporate Trainer
Catherine is an enthusiastic leader who has an innate ability to inspire people to achieve higher levels of performance. With over 20 years of experience in corporate training and project management, she has helped many organizations improve their performance by increasing the performance of their people.
Catherine has been a trainer with Dale Carnegie since 2007 while working full time in training and project management for a large private university. She has facilitated training with clients such as Wegmans, Taylor Farms, Educational Testing Services (ETS), Bayada Home Health Care, Marshall Industrial Technologies, and several global defense contractors. Catherine's responsibilities have expanded, and she is now the new Regional Director of South Jersey.
In addition to being a successful trainer and salesperson, Cathy is also involved in her community. She is the President of the Runnemede Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee with Reimagine Runnemede, an art based non-profit group in Runnemede and also a member of the Runnemede Planning Board.
Cathy has a Bachelor of Science from Temple University and a Master of Science in Organizational Development with a focus in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from the University of Pennsylvania.
