Conference Background:
In 2005 the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce seized the opportunity to highlight the important role women fill in the workplace. To recognize the success of this endeavor, our 10th Annual Women In Business Conference will expand the conversation beyond just women.
This year we will highlight the need for equal opportunity for both men and women. Themed Evolution in the Workplace, this conference will showcase the nontraditional roles both men and women fill in today?s business world.
