I understand that this waiver means I\, my heirs\, assignees\, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives\, to the fullest extent permissible by law\, give up the right to bring any claims including for personal injuries\, death\, disease or property losses\, or any other loss\, including but not limited to claims of negligence\, and give up any claim I may have to seek damages\, whether known or unknown\, foreseen or unforeseen.\n\nBy registering for and attending the Chamber event\, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability\, and understand it\; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent\; and after full\, adequate\, and complete consideration\, fully intending to be bound by the same.
