Leadership Cape May County is designed to develop informed, committed and qualified business, community, and civic leaders for Cape May County. Using models previously established by successful Leadership programs held around the United States, this program will take an intensive look at the issues affecting our area and prepare participants to provide quality, dynamic leadership throughout Cape May County.
Participants will gain knowledge and information on unique facets of Cape May County from local experts, guest speakers, and field experience that will enhance your future leadership roles. Each month, participants will delve into specific areas of importance to Cape May County including Arts, History, and Culture; Tourism, Economic Development; Drug Addiction, Poverty; Government, United States Coast Guard; Public Safety, Law Enforcement, & Criminal Justice; Health & Human Services; Education & Entrepreneurship and our local Environment, Agriculture & Aquaculture. Class enrollment is limited to 20 qualified candidates. Tuition for Leadership Cape May County is $599. There is no fee to apply for the program.
