This training is provided through a cooperative effort with Atlantic Cape Community College and Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation and funded through a grant from the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development and the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

May 16, Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal, 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
This highly-interactive three hour session will focus on the latest customer service strategies for front line and management employees as well as tips for customer relationship management and more. Suasion Communications Group’s Susan Adelizzi-Schmidt will lead the session and facilitate role-playing scenarios. Attendees will learn how to employ these strategies to deliver ‘WOW’ moments online and offline.
