- Plus! Celebrate working women during March, National Women?s History Month.
In 2005 the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce seized the opportunity to highlight the important role women fill in the workplace. The conference setout to provide working women with the personal and business skills that would help them grow personally and as business professionals. Over the past ten years this event has grown in popularity and purpose. The 10th annual conference expanded the conversation beyond just women, addressing the need for equal opportunity for both men and women in today?s business world.
