company’s FEIN Tax ID Number and also agree to pay your employees regular wages for this session.
This training is provided through a cooperative effort with Atlantic Cape Community College and Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation and funded through a grant from the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development and the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

The Jersey Cape Experience
Customer Service Training

The ability to communicate with and listen well to customers is crucial for providing great service. Suasion Communications Group's Susan Adelizzi-Schmidt will deliver a two hour session focused on successful strategies and communication techniques, crucial traits for customer-facing positions, and
service recovery strategies. In this session, learn how to better communicate and interact with your customers to elevate your company’s success.
